SENATE BILL NO. 11 An Act relating to good time credits for                    
prisoners serving sentences of imprisonment for certain murders,               
attempted murders, or conspiracies to commit murder was read the               
second time.                                                                   
                                                                               
Senator Taylor, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the               
adoption of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 337.            
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 11(JUD) An Act                       
relating to good time credits for prisoners serving sentences of               
imprisonment for certain murders was adopted and read the second               
time.                                                                          
                                                                               
Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
